Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipment and receipt of packages both internally and externally. Eligible employees may earn an annual bonus of $5,000 by achieving established production goals, meeting safety standards, and fulfilling designated waypoint milestones.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Proficient in basic computer software

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments
- Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure quality and quantity
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule shipments
- Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving policies and procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner
