Your Role: General Laborer – Pick, Pack, and Production Specialist

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? As a General Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and reach our customers on time.

Responsibilities:
Pick and Pack:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders with care.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare and label packages for shipment.

Production Support:

• Assemble and process products on the production line.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

General Labor Tasks:

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Perform inventory checks and restock as needed.
• Operate basic tools or equipment safely (training provided).

What We’re Looking For:

• A sense of ownership and responsibility for your work.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability and commitment to team goals.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and walk briskly throughout the day.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $15.00 - $16.23 per hour (up to $18/hour with bonuses)
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day or second shift, weekends, and part-time options.
