Position Title: Executive Director, Performance & Affiliate Marketing

As the Executive Director of Affiliate Marketing at Truly Free Home, you will fully own and lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all affiliate marketing initiatives—spanning traditional affiliate marketing, networks, influencers, paid partnerships and the entire performance space. This equal-parts strategic, analytical, and sales-driven leadership role empowers you to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and scalable impact in a fast-paced DTC health and wellness environment.
You'll operate hands-on as a top-tier Affiliate Manager, directly booking revenue, while also building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing, sales-driven growth team. You will inherit a team of 2 extremely mature and experienced affiliate managers and a junior team member. You will set and hold the team accountable to ambitious KPIs, champion innovation, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, product, and engineering partners. Our ideal candidate is a results-obsessed growth leader and relationship builder, passionate about health and wellness, with a proven history of scaling DTC brands through rigorous performance and affiliate marketing disciplines.
You will work cross-functionally with creative, paid media, product, analytics, and executive leadership to create a scalable, efficient growth engine with affiliate and partner channels at the core of your revenue strategy.

Affiliate Marketing & Direct Revenue Ownership
Personally recruit, manage and grow top affiliate relationships, executing deals and partnerships that directly drive revenue.
Own affiliate sales revenue goals and optimize commission structures, offer strategies, and partner incentives.
Department Leadership & Team Building
Own the program P&L and continually meet or exceed company KPI’s and revenue/profitability targets
Lead, and scale a high-performing affiliate marketing team, including affiliate sales, paid media, campaign operations, and analytics.
Create clear accountability frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure team focus and results.
Recruit and coach affiliate sales managers, account executives, and partner success reps to support revenue growth.
Partnership Development
Expand affiliate partner mix across coupon, content, review, podcast, YouTube, creator, and niche wellness audiences.
Establish brand-safe acquisition partnerships that align with company mission, compliance, and conversion goals.
Reporting & Optimization
Create dashboards and lead weekly reporting cadences on revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
Use attribution tools and multi-touch frameworks to guide budget decisions and campaign optimizations.
Implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across channels.
10–15+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 3–5 years of departmental leadership of a team of no less than 5 affiliate managers
Proven success personally recruiting and managing affiliate relationships and directly driving revenue.
Proven success in the ecommerce/DTC health & wellness vertical
Strong leadership background with experience building and scaling high-performance teams.
Deep knowledge of affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Refersion), attribution tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
Highly analytical and data-literate with the ability to interpret complex metrics into actionable insights.
Experience managing and allocating multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and P&L ownership.
Experience working with subscription-based products or LTV-driven models.
Familiarity with direct response funnels, landing page optimization, and upsell strategies.
Background in affiliate program migration or platform setup is a plus.
